"How's your day?"

I get moody sometimes, so Mommy found the best therapy: fresh air and cool water. Going for a nice long walk always puts me in good spirits, and if there's running water somewhere, so much the better. It may be crashing waves at the seaside, splish-splash at a swimming pool or just a pleasant bubbly fountain... Close your eyes and take a deep breathe!

An orange a day

Mommy loves oranges. Ever since we moved to Phuket, she has grown to love the local mandarin oranges as well. Whether the imported or local variety, she eats one a day. Some of her other favourite fruits grown locally include watermelon, pineapple, mango and dragon fruit. I get to taste some too!

Bath Time

Every morning around 9am, I take a bath in warm water and mild baby soap. I like to splash around a bit, so Mommy leaves me in the tub with a float to support me from slipping and falling. While I stew in my tub, Mommy will take her shower beside me.Do you know soaking in warm water can prevent diaper rash? I poop 3 - 4 times a day. Mommy washes my bottom with cotton wool soak in water, no wet wipes or toilet paper.
