I get moody sometimes, so Mommy found the best therapy: fresh air and cool water. Going for a nice long walk always puts me in good spirits, and if there's running water somewhere, so much the better. It may be crashing waves at the seaside, splish-splash at a swimming pool or just a pleasant bubbly fountain... Close your eyes and take a deep breathe!


Do you know soaking in warm water can prevent diaper rash? I poop 3 - 4 times a day. Mommy washes my bottom with cotton wool soak in water, no wet wipes or toilet paper.
