The salad looks delicious and so does the fruit although there is several I have never seen. I should go get some pinwheels for my boys because yes they are very fun!

I love how they carved the melon! What do you call that yellow-brownish fruit next to the dragon fruit? I never knew its name in English. Growing up in Manila, we called them lanzones. Come to think of it, I don't know what it's called in Chinese either!
