When things go bad, the developers run away.
When things become better, the same developers prefer new ventures.
Sometimes, we wonder who to blame, the developers or the politicians, or local councils who take a blind eye to what is happening around us.

This is such an excellent photo, I don't think I have ever seen anything like it. I'm wondering if it is an old building or one that as never finished. PS Thank you for your comment about our dog, Buster. He was very special to us.
