How children think

To a 3-year-old child, parents know everything.

To a 5-year-old child, parents know almost everything.

To a 8-year-old child, parents most things.

To a 12-year-old child, parents something.

And when a child reaches 20, he will teach his parents.

Mommy's Little Angel

I love to visit Hua Hin again: sun, sea, sand and more.

Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?

It's been too cold to swim, thanks to the cold spells. I miss the pool!

Don't hold me, I can do it!

The park's new playgrounds opened just in time, while our condo's playground is under renovation. We just have to take a longer walk to get there, but it's worth it ;-P

If you're happy and you know it ...

But I can do much more with my hands than clapping. Mommy taught me to wave "Hello" and "Good Bye" and blow kisses. I am also adept with wai-ing (holding my hands together and bowing respectfully), whether to accompany the ubiquitous Thai greeting "Sawasdee ka" or extending a sincere apology.

I just learned to catch a ball; okay, not quite catch, more of a cradle when Daddy tosses the ball at me. My fingers are still developing strength and skills. And it will be a while before these cute chubby fingers are ready to bang out "Great Balls of Fire" on the piano.

My wooden bird

This is my little pet hen. It always stays in the corner without making a sound. Whenever I play in the living room, I will not forget to give it a hug in the afternoon and sometimes in the evening when daddy is back home. Mommy wonders why I love hugging a wooden bird and not the dogs?
