Fellow Bangkokian

We were taking a stroll to Benjasiri Park, and some tree bark fell on Mommy's head.
It turned out to be this little squirrel, munching and crunching on something. Was it lunch? Or some building materials for a new home?
Mommy tried to zoom in for a closer look, but it was spooked and took off across an electrical wire to the next tree. Oh well, maybe next time...

Very cute :D Even though we have squirrels here, we don't seem to see them so often. I remember living in Toronto and having a laugh at all the tourists taking pics of the squirrels there (I guess black ones aren't so common in other places around the world!)

I've got grey squirrels in my garden - they certainly are characters - I take photos of them from my patio window as they too would scarper if they saw me.

Were you scared? I once had a squirrel jump on my head in the park and I almost had a heart attack!!!!!!! Mine wasn't so cute...
