Seafood Fest @ Don Hoi Lot

The Chinese, and Singaporeans in particular, are well-known for their love of food, and my family is no different. But fresh seafood?!? You need to issue a restraining order on us...
Mud Crab

Mantis Shrimp

Squid and scallop

Horseshoe Crab

Dried seafood for cooking

Janelle enjoying some fish soufflé

Washing everything down with young coconut juice

Here we are chowing down on fresh seafood - some still alive and moving moments before being cooked - prepared simply yet tasted heavenly. It was cool and overcast with light drizzles throughout the day, but the food kept us going and going and going...
