Comfort Food

Thai Boat Noodle is a comfort food that warms the heart of every Thai. It is a very popular dish you can find on every street corner.
Thai Boat Noodle is a satisfying and hearty soup with an intense brown broth, beef balls, slices of beef and plenty of rice noodles. The flavors bring out the classic Thai balance of spice, sour, sweet and salt.
After spending some time with the Kool Dogs on Sunday afternoon, we ventured upstairs in search of a dog-friendly restaurant.
We found comfort and refreshments at Len Zen Boat Noodle.
Delicious noodles and deep fried chicken wings, washed down with Thai Iced Tea with Milk, ah...
Almost there, just one more spoon full of soup left. Done!

You make me want to have some 牛腩面 now, except I'm imagining it with a distinct Thai flavor. Yummm!

That Thai Boat Noodle looks delicious! I would love to have a taste of the Iced Tea with Milk, too. Never thought of combining two because I usually have tea with just sugar. =)

Lovely photos! Thanks for sharing a slice of your life with us at CG.
