Monochrome and Reflections Weekend

“I like to do all the talking myself.
It saves time, and prevents arguments.”
~ Oscar Wilde

“I do it for the joy it brings, cause I'm a joyful girl."

Cause the world owes us nothing, we owe each other the world.”

Weekend Reflections

How long will the healing take?
No tourists no shoppers
The main Sukhumvit thoroughfare
Played host to police and soldiers
Bumper to bumper traffic vanished
Business and embassy district of Sathorn
Now home of debris and rubbish
Hope reigns eternally true
For above this fallen City of Angel
The sky still shines blue

Skywatch Friday and Weekend Reflections

This was not our first visit to Saffron, but it was the first time we invited a guest there. Nice place for a comfortable sit-down dinner, to savour authentic Thai cuisine served by the most genial of staff.
Me? You can count on me NOT sitting down!
While we waited for the appetizers to make their eagerly anticipated appearance, Mommy went down to the outdoor Latitude Bar on the 52nd floor for a little whirl.
Enjoy the cool breeze, street lights turning on and last rays of sunset before the dinner...
