The weather has been warm the past few days, so Mommy decided to take me for a swim. Before she put me into the water, she tested the temperature by dipping her feet in. The water was cold, but I wasn't afraid and enjoyed wading in the pool. But Mommy felt the water was freezing cold, so she lifted her legs up. I immediately gestured her to put her legs back into the water. As I was persistent with my excited shouts and forceful tugs, she had to comply with my demand till her feet turned blue.
Every morning, Mommy will tidy up the house and sometimes I will help out. One morning, while we were cleaning Janelle's room, she spotted a piece of paper on the floor and asked me to throw it in the dustbin. As I waddled towards the dustbin to carry out my mission, Mommy went to the kitchen. A few minutes later, Mommy wondered why I was so quiet. The horror on her face, when she came back to the room and saw me holding a used Q-tip to clean my own ear. She let out her trademark Banshee shriek as she ran over and snatched it out of my hands. Sigh... overreacting adults...
