Ringo has become my "friend"; she will tolerate quite a bit of fur pulling and pat-pat head smacking from me without biting back. If she really cannot take my "abusive love" anymore, she will slink away and find a safer place. Mommy pities the dogs and wonders when I will finally learn how to pat gently and take care of them...

Our toddler is FINALLY learning to be nice to our cat. And she's almost 3. But pets are wonderful additions to a family, and it looks like your little one has some good friends.
