Weekend Reflections

How long will the healing take?
No tourists no shoppers
The main Sukhumvit thoroughfare
Played host to police and soldiers
Bumper to bumper traffic vanished
Business and embassy district of Sathorn
Now home of debris and rubbish
Hope reigns eternally true
For above this fallen City of Angel
The sky still shines blue

War and destruction is always terrible. I hope a solution that unites the people can be found.

It looks like a deserted city. I hope the tensions will ease and things will start to get back to normal soon. Take care.

What is happening in Bangkok shows us how things can change in an instant. It seems we have more things changing in an instant all around the world. I pray for peace and safety. Courage. God bless xx
